MY  REFLECTION

                       Information and communications technology (ICT)class...


             In this second grading period, its very fun studying Information and communication technology (ICT) because we almost have blogging and also the activities about HTML tags through Notepad (Microsoft Windows).


            For this quarter, we have learned about the HTML tags and many other topics.



            This grading was very fun because of the activities, I hope that this coming grading will be more fun..


            I love Information and communications technology (ICT)class..

"World teachers day celebration : my teacher , my hero"

            September 5 – October 5 2013 was declared as the 2013 world teachers day celebration . This is to recognize the contribution of the teachers in the development of the country and in molding every individual in this society.

            Aside from the tedious classroom works and unending school activities which are being done 5 days  a week, teachers pay different roles . they are being hired as members of the board of election inspectors by the commission on elections during national and local elections. And although they are being paid honoraria  and given service credits, the benefits due to them may not be enough when they face problems created by bad losers in political races . They have to face charges alone and nobody could be help to them in these hard situations .

            THESE AND MANY , MANY OTHER ACTIVITIES PUT THE IVES AND HEATH OF EVERY TEACHER AT RISK BUT THEY HAVE TO COMPLY IN ORDER TO MAKE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE DEPED AND OTHER ACTIVITIES SUCCESSFUL. INSIDE THE CLASSROOM , THE TEACHERS TEACH EVERY CHILD TO READ , WRITE AND TO BECOME A GOOD CITIZEN IN THE COUNTRY. THEY HAVE TO EXERT MUCH EFFORT AND A LOT A PATIENCE TO DO THEIR JOB. THEY WORK DURING SCHOOL HOURS AND EVEN DURING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS SACRIFICING THEIR TIME TO THEIR OWN FAMILY JUST TO FUlFilI THEIR LEARNERS SENT MISSION- TO MOLD THE YOUTH.

            IT IS THEREFORE PROPER THAT DUE RECOGNITION BE GIVEN TO TEACHERS DUE CAMPAIGN AND TEACHER’S  DAY CELEBRATION . IT MAY JUST BE A SIMPLE ACTIVITY TO BE DONE EVERY YEAR BUT THIS WILL HELP LIFT UP THEIR SPIRIT AND BOOST THEIR MORALITY.

            Everyone of us on this celebration should bear in mind that we are once school students and we have our own teachers who contributed much in our

whole being. On this day , we can say “ thank you ma’am  and sir, you are a hero to us , mabuhay kayo ”

                Make a Move Now....

                Nowadays we are experiencing different problems in our mother Earth that can damage our health.What are we doing now? Are we making a move for our environment to make it beautiful and better to live for?? Don't we know that our mother earth was crying now for help?

              
              If we want to help mother earth, there are many ways through which we all can contribute in the protection and conservation of species and keeping the earth clean. We should also try to lessen the use of natural resources so that there will be enough resources for the coming generation as well.


           
            On this day, efforts should be made to plant at least two trees. For this, various awareness programs and communities should be launched. People all over the world should hold gatherings at public parks to encourage the tree plantation ceremonies.
We should not throw garbage and waste materials outside in the open drains. It increases water pollution and also gives rise to various water borne diseases and ultimately affects the earth.

          We should lessen the usage of insecticides and pesticides in the fields as all the chemicals make the soil futile. Next thing we can do is to completely avoid the usage of plastic bags as they are extremely harmful for our environment.



         It is an opportunity for individuals, corporations & government to come forward and join hands to create a new global green economy.

     
        It is a day to think of the environmental challenges we face and how to solve them. It is the duty of all human beings and all countries to protect the earth responsibility. All together, we can make a difference on “Earth Day Birthday”. So, celebrate it with great enthusiasm and great zeal otherwise dooms day is not so far.

      So as a science clubber , I can contribute in our Mother Earth by encouraging myself to participate in the different activities to save mother earth just like planting of trees..

       

WIKA....Kaluluwa ng Lahi

       Every year we are celebrating the Month of Language.This year's   theme was "Wika Natin ang Daang Matuwid". This year's national month of language aims to motivate the Filipino people to value the Filipino language by being part of the activities in relation to Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa and to encourage the different government agencies and the private sector to join programs as such that increases the language and civic awareness

            Wika...Ito ang kaluluwa ng ating lahi.Ang ating wika ay ang Wikang Filipino.Si Pangulong Fidel V. Ramos ang nagproklama kung bakit sa Buwan ng Agosto ipinagdidiriwang ang Buwan ng ating Wikang Pambansa at si Pangulong Manuel L. Quezon naman ang Ama ng Wikang Pambansa.

           Our language is very important because it is our way to communicate with  our fellow Filipinos around the world.We also use our language to let others know how we feel,what we need and to ask questions.We can modify our language for instance to each situations.

          So let's use our own language and  be proud of it.

                 

MY REFLECTION

                 ICT class….

                 For the first quarter, there are so many discoveries or  learnings  that I have learned like how to make a Gmail account and Blog through the blog spot. I also learned about the internet timeline or the history about the internetfrom 1960's up to present. I have also learned about the internet,its major components,its data types, parts of a browser and others. I also learned about blog and its types.

               In my ICT class , I have also encountered problems and challenges like I dont understand well some lessons because of many interruptions during our class in ICT in 4:00 pm-5:00 pm. The challenges that I encounter was I have difficulties about internet and computers.
         
              So inorder to catch up in my lessons , I will be asking the help of my fellow classmates and I will have a self review and search about this topic..
               

              But for my overall class in ICT,it was fun because of  the blogs that we were making.

        SONA of PNOY for 2013

       

           Every 4th Monday of July, the president of the Republic of the Philippines is delivering his/her SONA or State of the Nation Address. The objectives of this SONA is to inform us about the actions or programs that our President are doing to make our country better and also for our future.

         Last July 22, 2013 , we had witnessed the fourth State of the Nation Address of our President Benigno Simeon C. Aquino and his SONA , he had mentioned all of his projects about how to run our country better. He also mentioned about his service and what are the things he accomplished after three years.

         For me, one of his projects that I liked most is the 4P's or Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program . It's objectives is to help the less fortunate people as help for their basic needs.In PNOYS SONA , he mentioned that his objective is to expand the reach of 4P's . The 700000 household beneficiaries he found upon coming into office in 2010 have grown to almost 4 million household in the three years of his administration.

        But in his 4P's, it has also its negative results to the Filipinos who are recipients of this program like they are not now finding any job , they are only depending their life to this 4P's. Some recipients also are spending the money that they are receiving for their vices.

        So let us join him for making our country a better one.

         "Gutom at Malnutrisyon,Sama-sama Nating Wakasan"

          
                             



          Every year in the month of July, the National Nutrition Council leads the whole nation in the celebration of the 2013 Nutrition Month and this years theme is "Gutom at Malnutrisyon, Sama-sama nating wakasan .
         
         This nutrition month celebration of 2013 aims to lessen the average of people who are suffering from malnutrition and famine and also to encourage government sectors to be aware of implementing bill such as bills about on how to decrease the cases of famine and malnutrition.
        
         In the theme "Gutom at Malnutrition, sama-sama nating wakasan", for me this means that this malnutrition and famine is caused by poverty because nowadays, many people can't afford to eat their meals, three times a day and also sometimes students aren't eating their lunch and during breaks because they are saving this for their other needs.
          
        In this cases , we must help each other inorder to really decrease this kind of cases. So proper nutrition is anything we need to know.
